BRUSSELS (AP) — European Council President Donald Tusk says he has referred to as for a summit with Turkey this Sunday to “re-energize relations and stem migration circulation.”
In an announcement on his Twitter account, Tusk said the selection arrived soon after a suggestion from the European Commission and a telephone contact with Turkish Primary Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
The summit is prepared for Sunday afternoon and will take place even with ongoing safety measures in Brussels. The Belgian funds is currently under the maximum threat stage for one more 7 days, that means that an attack is thought to be “severe and imminent.”
On Monday, Belgian Key Minister Charles Michel announced the country’s notify stage would only modify this week if a considerable breakthrough by investigators warranted it.
