FREMANTLE, Australia, Nov. 24 (UPI) — A male making use of a baited digital camera to film fish in Australia recorded the surprise attack of a moray eel.
The movie, uploaded to YouTube by Stargazer Photographs, shows fish investigating a baited digital camera decreased into Fremantle Harbor in Western Australia.
The fish are swimming shut to the digicam and nibbling at the bait when a moray eel seems in the shadows and surveys the scene.
The eel helps make a “lightning fast” lunge in an attempt to catch itself a meal, but the fish are too quick and manufactured a fast getaway.
“I dropped yet another baited digital camera below Fremantle wharf, captured this Moray Eel making an attempt to ambush a group of fish feeding on the bait, lighting quickly creature!” the uploader wrote.
