Japan to resume whaling in Antarctic, ignores World Court ruling

TOKYO, Nov. 28 (UPI) — The Japanese govt introduced it will resume whaling in the Antarctic in early 2016, regardless of a Globe Court docket ruling and staunch opposition from Australia to stop the exercise.
