NEW DELHI: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Monday attacked Primary Minister Narendra Modi declaring he has insulted the people of Kerala by denying permission to Main Minister Oomen Chandy from attending a function.
“The Key Minister of this region has insulted the individuals of Kerala. He has stopped our Chief Minister from likely to a function. The CM of Kerala represents the men and women of Kerala. He is the decision of their folks and the Key Minister has insulted them which is not appropriate,” Rahul instructed reporters listed here.

Asserting that this incident highlighted the ‘thinking’ of the Prime Minister, Rahul added that that the Bharatiya Janata Get together-led Centre required to modify their way of functioning.
“Exclude the CM in Kerala, stop me from moving into the temple in Assam, eliminate Dalits in Punjab. This is Narendra Modi ji’s considering and it is not satisfactory to us and to the folks of India. They (BJP) need to change their way of operating,” Rahul included.
The Congress has been livid more than the exclusion of Chandy from the operate to be attended by Prime Minister Modi to unveil a statue of former chief minister R Sankar.
