NEW DELHI: Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar was in favour of granting ‘One Rank, One Pension’ (OROP) to ex-servicemen but force was exerted on him by his cupboard colleagues on the issue, lawful luminary Ram Jethmalani right now claimed even as he released a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
